Each video upload requires a thumbnail to be attached to it. This is to ensure that it can be sent to all stores without problems. Some stores may opt to use this thumbnail while others may display a preview of the video instead of a thumbnail.
We require that video thumbnails be in the following format:
A JPEG, PNG or JPG file
Color Mode: RGB (CMYK not supported)
1920 x 1080 in size at a minimum.
Additionally, like with artwork for a release, the same guidelines apply with regards to the contents of files. Please review guidelines linked below to ensure the thumbnail meets those requirements too.
