We process royalty reports monthly, with these reports typically being available around the 15th of each month. You will receive an email notification when we publish reports for a specific period.

The period displayed in your Colonize Media dashboard corresponds to the month in which the reports are processed, not the month when the revenue was earned. Generally, there is a three-month lag in reporting; for example, revenue earned in January is reported in March. Moreover, the reporting timelines vary among stores. Some stores may report monthly, while others might submit an entire years reporting at once.

We include a store's report in the next available period as soon as we receive both the report and the corresponding payment from that store. For added transparency, our statement exports also indicate the date on which we received each report.
