What are adjustment reports?
What are adjustment reports?

Adjustments are infrequent but can occur.

Updated over a week ago

Occasionally, we or our partner stores need to modify previously submitted reports. These modifications are termed "adjustments". Adjustments can arise for several reasons, such as errors in the data, changes in rates, or revisions to minimum guarantees.

Whenever an adjustment is made, it will be clearly indicated in your report. For instance, an adjustment related to Amazon will be listed as "Amazon Adjustment" in the source column.

While adjustments are infrequent, they can occur. We strive to promptly communicate any adjustments and minimize their impact on your payments.
